Louis Vuitton
Louis Vuitton needed an additional 900 square feet added on to their Seattle store, so they called on Unimark to help. The lightweight structure was built on top of the existing structure with concrete stem walls, steel and GFRC panels.
The challenge was to construct a steel and concrete structure above the existing day spa with minimal noise disruption. Unimark scheduled the unique project by the hour, not the day, in or order to achieve maximum work with minimal noise. The result was expanded square footage and a corner presence for the city’s premier handbag retailer.
Banner Bank
The renovation performed by Unimark Construction Group transformed vacant office space into a new bank branch. The project involved the addition of new offices, vault room, teller line and entry area vestibule. It also required concrete cutting to allow installation of a new storefront ATM.
