When Arts West wanted to transform a 1920s five-and-dime store space into a 150-seat theater, they called Unimark Construction Group to do the work. Our expertise in meeting specific client needs, finding solutions for unique problems and working within a tight time frame were the skills necessary to ensure success on this $1.6 million project.
Unimark constructed the community theater, lobby and concession areas, art gallery, administrative offices, dressing rooms, scene shop and community meeting rooms in an allotted 11,000 square feet. The final product is as impressive as the art and talent it supports. This makes it the perfect addition to the Junction of West Seattle.
