Seattle Street Car Project
When the South Lake Union Street Car needed a building in which to store and maintain street cars, the UNIMARK team provided a value-oriented solution. By supplying and erecting a pre-engineered building, we helped reduce the budget by several hundred thousand dollars without compromising the architectural design.
First Northeast Transfer Station
King County called on UNIMARK Construction Group to meet their budget constraints by supplying a 42,000-square foot pre-engineered metal building to house their state-of-the-art transfer station. This structure has a 200-foot clear span with a height of 47 feet, and includes a special coating on the structural members for additional corrosion resistance.
Rhodes Lake Maintenance Facility
UNIMARK supplied and erected this 20,000-square foot pre-engineered metal building. The architectural design for this Pierce County Public Works Maintenance Facility incorporated exposed columns and cellular decking canopies to achieve a pleasing appearance for a functional building.
