Design Management/Value Engineering/Construction Review
- Recommend design team members based on past successful work experiences and specific design elements
- Review design team work progress and billings on behalf of client
- Coordinate and expedite permit requirements on design documents, including submittals and responses to permit comments
- Review designs for value engineering opportunities by selecting different materials, methods, systems or schedules
- Review designs for ease of construction, suitability of materials and procurement schedule problems
- Contract and manage design team members directly through UNIMARK for a design-build relationship
- Establish single point of responsibility for the client

- Meet with permit authorities to determine all project design and submittal requirements as well as permit and impact costs
