The UW 4545 Roosevelt tenant improvement project consisted of two floors, the 3rd and 4th, in a new building in cold shell condition. Improvements made include new finishes throughout including walls, selected areas with ACT, open to structured ceiling concepts, new aluminum door frames with wood doors, glazing casework and flooring. The 3rd floor consisted of an open work area with a large training room with an aluminum and glass roll up door with an operable partition to separate the space. Break rooms boast upper end finishes with quartz countertops, four new restrooms and open collaboration area with high back banquet seating. The reception area has a custom desk with a Rulon wood ceiling below an open to structure ceiling throughout and the waiting areas outfitted with banquette seating as well. The 4th floor consisted of new DIRTT walls throughout for the offices and conference rooms with unique GWB soffits over collaboration areas.To finish, HVAC and electrical systems were brought in from the building core to each floor.
