Unimark had the uniquely fun and interesting opportunity to work with Rhapsody on a tenant improvement project involving 26,000 SF on the 31st floor of the Columbia Center Tower. Unimark was engaged early in the process to help in negotiating the lease by providing preliminary budget estimates on a very schematic design. A year later, Unimark was re-engaged to build out the space.
