When RBC Wealth Management chose the top two floors of one of downtown Seattle’s newest marquee Class A high-rises in 2009, they selected Unimark Construction Group over 10 other general contractors to complete their tenant improvement project.  

The space RBC chose came with inherent challenges including areas with 35-foot ceilings. Unimark was able to meet these challenges and complete the project on time and within budget to the satisfaction of both the tenant and building ownership.
