Unimark won a lump sum bid project that encompassed the entire building. The space was built in a concrete tilt structure and included an extensive finish package consisting of reclaimed Douglas Fir wall and ceiling elements and specialty glass art from Southern California. Other key design features included polished concrete flooring, an open-to-structure ceiling, ACT clouds at open work areas and 12 different vibrant, high gloss paint colors to accent the space.
