Fairmont Olympic Hotel
The historic Fairmont Olympic Hotel, formerly the Four Seasons, combines 21st century convenience with traditional warmth and unrivalled service. Unimark was a partner in the hotel’s multi-million dollar restoration, from the complete rehabilitation of the Spanish Ballroom and foyer to the renovation of all 450 guest rooms and suites. It was critical that Unimark not disrupt the sophisticated environment during the various stages of multiple construction projects. The hotel was especially pleased with the discreet handling of the lobby’s high, arched ceiling work.

Edgewater Hotel
Unimark recently remodeled the Penthouse Suite along with another 94 rooms in the Edgewater Hotel located at pier 67 for Noble House Hotels and Resorts. Unimark worked closely with hotel management to ensure that their guests felt right at home during the construction process. Many would say the Penthouse Suite is one of the finest hotel rooms in the city. Stone flooring, a see-through fireplace with river rock surround, a large master bathroom with a jetted tub and dual showers are just a few of the amenities this room has to offer.

Rock Bottom Brewery
Unimark negotiated the build-out of The Rock Bottom Brewery on the third floor of the Rainier Square Atrium. The project consisted of new structural concrete floors as well as specialty construction of a brew house, a fermentation facility and a refrigerated serving tank room that satisfied strict thermal and moisture barrier requirements.
The challenges included integration of new and existing kitchen equipment; re-engineering of electrical in the field; all new wood finishes, tile and carpet floors; raised seating areas; skylights throughout; and new HVAC systems to complement a functional brewery. This was a 15,000-square foot remodel with an aggressive 10-week schedule that included demolition and 21 days brewing time prior to the Grand Opening.
