Joe began his construction career in 1994 as a Facilities Supervisor. As a Project Manager, Joe has managed budgets ranging from $50,000 to $16,000,000. Joe has managed both ground up and interior tenant improvements for a wide range of clients across the Pacific Northwest. His experience managing facilities gives him an invaluable base of knowledge on building infrastructure. He often brings that background to the table through value engineering on the projects he manages.
